**Your role**

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
Oversee service, rostering, training, and staff development
Assist with menu development, social media, and event management
Manage stock, ordering, and costs
Be hands-on on the floor when needed

**We’re looking for**

Bar management or senior hospitality experience
Current Duty Manager’s Certificate
Strong people skills and team-building ability
Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Organised, reliable, and thrives under pressure

Chef / Sous Chef

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef/Sous Chef to join our vibrant waterfront team.

**What you’ll do**

Prepare high-quality dishes showcasing NZ produce
Support the Head Chef with menu development and daily operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
Manage stock, ordering, and food costs

**You have**

Chef or Sous Chef experience
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Positive, can-do attitude and thrives in a busy kitchen

Front of House

Do you have a keen interest in both gin and food? If so, we’re looking for you!

**What You’ll Do**

Welcome and seat guests with a warm smile.
Guide guests through our gin and cocktail menu, offering your recommendations.
Take orders efficiently and ensure drinks are served promptly.
Assist in preparing and serving drinks that look as good as they taste.
Keep the bar and seating areas clean and organized.

**What We’re Looking For**

Experience in a front-of-house or similar hospitality role.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
